Using cutting-edge technology, your medicines are sorted into individually-labelled sachets with easy tear packaging by day, dose and time.

Every sachet is clearly labelled with your name, dose date, day of the week, dose time, medication names, physical description and quantity of each tablet. Licensed by the Therapeutic Goods Administration, our facility’s management systems and practices all comply with the relevant code, quality management system standards and regulations.

Our aim is to simplify your life by delivering your medicine every 28 days, ensuring that you never run out. To make regular payments more manageable, we partially charge you for the portion of medicine consumed every week, rather than lump sums for packs or bottles. This means you have 52 micro-payments throughout the year, without any late fees or interest. Essentially, it’s like paying for your medicine each 28 days in four equal instalments.
2. Subscription is FREE: The 28-day set subscription covers the benefits and features of using SimpleDose. It includes services such as personalised packaging, medication organisation, automated refills, and access to our user-friendly digital platform & support.
3. Medication & Vitamin Costs: The cost of your actual medications is separate from the SimpleDose subscription fee. You will be responsible for paying the standard costs associated with your prescribed medications, such as PBS co-contributions. These costs vary based on factors such as your concessions, safety net, medication type, and dosage.

Similarly, refrigerated medicines require special temperature control during transportation, which is not currently supported by SimpleDose (coming later this year, please subscribe to our mailing list to keep informed). What about my ‘as needed’, inhaler & cream-based medicines?

SimpleDose is primarily designed to provide convenient packaging and delivery for oral medications taken on a daily basis. And ‘as needed’ medications like inhalers, or cream-based medicines, can be included with an order too. Some types of medications have specific usage instructions or require immediate administration, making them unsuitable for inclusion in our pre-packaged system. But for anything else, we are here to help make your life simpler.
