Make a list: Write down the name, dosage, and frequency of each medication or supplement you take. Keep the list updated and make sure to include any over-the-counter drugs, vitamins, or herbal remedies you’re taking.
Ask your doctor: If you’re still unsure about what you’re taking, reach out to your doctor. They can even review your medication list with you and help you understand what each medication does and how it interacts with other medications you’re taking.
Remember, it’s important to be informed about the medications and supplements you’re taking to ensure you’re taking them safely and effectively.
If your current prescriptions are at a pharmacy you’ve been using, you have a couple of options to have them transferred to SimpleDose for your convenience to get your SimpleDose service started. You can either contact your current pharmacy and request to have your prescriptions transferred to SimpleDose. Or you can just share details with SimpleDose directly during sign up, and we can coordinate with your pharmacy to transfer your prescriptions.
You’ll just need to provide us with the name and location of your current pharmacy, as well as the name of each medication you’re currently taking. Our team will then work with your current pharmacy to ensure that your prescriptions are safely transferred to SimpleDose.
