Can I get my medication home delivered?

Yes, most definitely! SimpleDose does not have a brick-and-mortar location, and we fill all your scripts via our online pharmacy medicine delivery service after you begin getting started. We get your medication sorted & delivered wherever you are — at home or at work.

How do you deliver medication?

All our parcels are being handled by Australia Post but we have shipping experience notifications that improve this service – so you will always receive timely shipping notifications. You can get your medication delivered to whichever Australian address you provide. Delivery can take anywhere between two to five business days.
Australia Post will follow the instructions you set during sign up, and we suggest that you have your monthly order delivered to your workplace if you’re not home during work days. You can check out our shipping and delivery policy to find out more.

Do you ship prescription medication internationally?

No, we do not ship internationally under any circumstances. Our pharmacy delivery service is only available to Australian addresses.

How much will delivery cost?

Delivery Is free for weekly orders totalling $15 or more. And regardless of order value, NDIS participants receive shipping for free. Otherwise, you pay a flat rate of just $2.49 charged every 7 days ($9.95 per delivery), for all online pharmacy medicine deliveries across Australia.

What does it cost to order prescription medication online?

At SimpleDose, our service is free. We manage your scripts, sort your medication, and pack it in dose sachets, all at no cost to you. You’ll only pay your co-contributions ($7.30 or $30) for your prescription medications, and for any vitamins, supplements, and items are not covered by the Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme.

What happens if I can’t afford my prescription medication?

You don’t have to worry because SimpleDose provides access to the PBS. The Pharmaceutical Benefits Scheme (PBS) is operated by the Australian government to help keep costs low for Australians who need almost any common prescription medication. The government shares financial responsibility for these prescription medications, and so customers do not pay the full price of medicine as it is covered by the PBS, which is Australia’s national healthcare plan.

Can I get my prescription virtually at SimpleDose?

Telehealth consultation services are now available in most clinics and hospitals. However, we urge you to check with your doctor if they can provide an eScript via telehealth.
Once you begin with our service, we will co-ordinate directly with your doctor. And a nurse practitioner can even help if you need an emergency script. Find out more about how it works.

How do I pay for my medications and vitamins if they’re not covered by the PBS?

We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express). And we also accept Paypal. We offer competitive pricing for all non-PBS items, vitamins and supplements, so you can rest assured that we’ve got your back.
